How TheTable TX handles community information.
Church-scoped information
Your profile, posts, comments, prayers, photos, and notifications are scoped to your active church. Private Roundtable content is available only to assigned participants and church admins as described in the Terms.
Prayer requests
We preserve the requester identity for pastoral follow-up. Choosing anonymous changes what other participants see on the Prayer Wall; church admins can still see the requester in the review interface. That identity is not placed in public content or push previews.
Private messages
One-to-one messages are limited to eligible Roundtable participants and active church admins. Push previews use generic wording and never include message text.
Storage and notifications
Private media is served through short-lived signed links. Push notifications are optional per device and church, and can be disabled in Settings.
